Dance Class Challenge: 58/100 - 10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates

I really enjoy these ten minute collections because I get five concentrated workouts in short spurts.  They're perfect early morning or late night workouts.  Lara Hudson is a skilled and efficient instructor.  I highly recommend all of her videos.

The plan for tomorrow is two dance classes.  Let's see if the world has other plans.
